  • Customers can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear will not be accepted for return.

2. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.
